My vision extends beyond conventional education. I aim to uplift the people of the 314 blocks in Odisha by providing tailored educational programs that address their unique needs and challenges. My goal is to drive positive change in the region by enhancing educational access and quality, thereby contributing to the overall development and well-being of the community.
Struggles and Challenges
My journey with JMP EduHub, which I founded in 2017, has been filled with challenges and obstacles. From the outset, I faced significant hurdles, including limited resources, infrastructural issues, and societal resistance. Despite these difficulties, I have remained resolute in my commitment to my mission.

Educational Access and Equality

Commitment to Societal Development
My commitment to societal development is reflected in every aspect of JMP EduHub’s operations. I am passionate about providing opportunities for individuals who have been historically marginalized and underserved. Through education, I strive to empower individuals, enabling them to break free from cycles of poverty and achieve their personal and professional goals.
One of the major struggles has been securing sufficient funding to support our initiatives. With limited financial resources, I had to be innovative and resourceful, seeking community support and forming partnerships with local organizations. These efforts have been crucial in overcoming financial barriers and advancing our educational programs.
Addressing the diverse needs of students in the 314 blocks of Odisha has also been challenging. The region's unique socio-economic conditions required me to develop tailored educational approaches. I dedicated significant time to understanding these local needs through field research and community engagement. This allowed me to create programs that are both effective and relevant to the students we serve.
